Ramón C. Pelayo Jimenez
He is a State Attorney on voluntary leave of absence, and is recognized as one of the most experienced and reputable lawyers in the field of litigation, arbitration and negotiation. He has participated in some of the most relevant judicial proceedings of the recent Spanish economy.
In his teaching role, he has been Director of the Master’s Degree in Law at the Universidad San Pablo-CEU, and of the Master’s Degree in Private Law taught by the Madrid Bar Association. He has also participated in the most relevant institutions, being a member of the Governing Board of the Madrid Bar Association, the Spanish Society of Arbitration and the Civil and Commercial Court of Arbitration.
His knowledge of the law, the business world and Spanish jurisdiction as a whole makes him one of the leading experts in litigation and dispute resolution both in Spain and internationally.
Bosco García de Viedma Lapetra

He holds a law degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid and has been a member of the Madrid Bar Association since 1997. He defends the interests of executives, companies and partners in criminal matters.
He has a recognized trajectory in matters of economic and corporate criminal law, having actively participated in some of the most complex and relevant criminal cases in the economic and corporate world, both in defense and prosecution work. In addition to criminal practice, he has recognized experience in advising and litigating commercial and third sector entities.
He has participated in several publications and regularly participates in conferences and round tables.
Ramón Pelayo Torrent

He holds a degree in Law and a Diploma in Business Studies from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE). After working for five years in the litigation department of Gómez-Acebo & Pombo, he joined the firm and, since 2012, he has headed the Marbella office.
He is an expert in litigation, particularly in civil and commercial law, and in real estate and urban planning law. He has actively participated in the main lawsuits entrusted to the firm during the last few years and has provided advisory services in several asset transfer operations and real estate developments carried out by the firm’s main clients.
He has also published several articles in legal journals and other publications specialized in real estate law.
Rafael Gómez Agustino

He holds a degree in Law and a Diploma in Business Studies from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE). For several years he was preparing for the title of notary, passing several exams and reaching the last exercise, which allowed him to deepen his knowledge of various branches of law. Finally, he chose to start his career in the private sector and to dedicate himself, especially, to real estate law, joining the firm in 2019.
Specialized in Real Estate, Real Estate-Registrar, Corporate and Civil and Commercial Contracting Law, he currently provides comprehensive advice to individuals and companies in order to achieve their goals in various types of transactions. Likewise, he has actively participated in the different civil, commercial and contentious-administrative judicial proceedings for the defense of the interests of the firm’s clients.
Anna Fernández Blanes
Lawyer
Graduated in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM), where she also completed the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession, specializing in criminal law. Subsequently, she took a Monographic Course on Criminal Compliance at the Centro de Estudios Financieros (CEF).
He joined the Madrid office in June 2023, after having rendered his professional services in renowned law firms in Madrid, in the litigation and economic criminal department.
She is a practicing attorney with experience in criminal law litigation advising individuals and companies, both from the point of view of the defense and the prosecution.
She is a member of the Woman in a Legal World Association in the category of Young member.
CRISTINA GONZÁLEZ PORFIRIO

Graduated in Law from the University of Cadiz, she completed her training with a Master’s Degree in International Law and a Master’s Degree in Access to the Practice of Law at the Instituto Superior de Derecho y Economía de Madrid (ISDE). In addition, he has broadened his specialization through programs in Commercial Law at the Centro de Estudios Financieros (CEF) and in Real Estate Law at INESEM Business School.
After continuing her training and rendering her professional services for five years in another firm in Madrid, she joined the firm Ramón C. Pelayo Abogados, where she practices as a lawyer specialized in Real Estate Law. She advises individuals, companies and investors in all types of real estate transactions and participates in the management and resolution of conflicts, both judicial and extrajudicial.
At the same time, she is a member of the COWORD Association, from which she brings a strategic legal vision to the shared real estate space sector.

MARGARITA SERRA HERRERA
Lawyer
She is a graduate in Law from the University of Granada and has completed the Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession at the International University of La Rioja.
She began her professional career in the firm in June 2022, and joined as a practicing lawyer in September 2025, after completing the internship period and passing the entrance exam to the profession.
Her main areas of interest include civil and commercial law, and real estate law, fields in which she has been developing her training and experience.
SARA MARÍN PEÑA
Lawyer
Graduated in Law from the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, and subsequently obtained a Master’s Degree in Access to the Legal Profession and Procurement at the Universidad Pontificia Comillas – ICADE.
He has continued his training with the High Specialization Course in Compliance at the School of Legal Practice of the Complutense University of Madrid.
Since September 2024 she has been part of the legal team of Ramón C. Pelayo Abogados, joining as a practicing attorney in September 2025.
His main areas of interest are Criminal Law and Real Estate Law, areas in which he has focused his academic training and practical development.
